Here’s a quick and easy Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Skillet. πŸ₯¬ πŸ… 🍚


-1 head of organic cabbage shredded or cut into bite size pieces.
-1 lb grass-fed or Wagyu ground beef
-1 onion, chopped
-4 cloves of garlic, minced

-1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
-1 28 oz. Can of organic crushed tomatoes (fire roasted are wonderful if you can find them)
-sea salt, pepper, smoked parika, thyme to taste.
-Optional: cooked rice or quinoa

Cook your ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes until softened and fragrant. Add cabbage, crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and spices to combine. Cover and cook over medium/low heat for 15 minutes. Serve over rice or quinoa if preferred.

Optional toppings: Greek yogurt or sour cream, fresh parsley, chili crisp, hot honey, feta, grated Romano or parmesan, balsamic glaze.

You can easily make this into a soup by adding your broth of choice!
