πI had a lot of love for my Pear Stack on the my charcuterie board the other night, so I wanted to show how easy it is to jazz up a pear! Here we have a Pear Stack stuffed with Vegan cream cheese, Mango Chutney, and Gingerbread Pecans.π

- 1 Pear
- 1/4 Cup Miyokos Vegan Cream Cheese, goat cheese, or any soft cheese you like
- 1/4 Cup chopped nuts (I used Pecan Nation Gingerbread Pecans
- 2 Tbs Mango Chutney ( I used Fromage Ami)

Cut your pear into 5 even slices horizontally. Use an Apple corer or a paring knife to remove the seeds from the middle. Spread cream cheese over the pears, then a little chutney, and sprinkle with pecans. Stack the pear back together. You can stagger the slices or just assemble the pear normally. I hope you enjoy this fancy and super-easy addition to your charcuterie, cheese board, or brunch table!
