Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll-ups! A little early anniversary treat for my spicy guy 😍💕
10 Lasagna noodles, boiled
1 15 oz Ricotta
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (plus more for sprinkling on top)
1 Cup Shredded Chicken
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce divided
3 Tbs Butter
3 Tbs Flour
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add flour and whisk until smooth, slowly add the milk. Add mozzarella, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup hot sauce. Set aside. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom of a greased casserole dish. In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, 1/4 cup hot sauce, and chicken. Lay the lasagna noodles out and spread a heaping spoonful of filling onto each one and roll up. Place into casserole dish, seams use down, and pour remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes.
