I love the idea of Holiday crafts that are super easy and don’t take forever to complete or clean up. These fit the bill!
Candy Canes (full size or mini, in various colors or traditional)
String or yarn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place the candy canes on the baking sheet in the shape of a heart, and try to make them touch at each end. Bake for about 2 minutes, and remove from oven. Press the ends together to make one unified heart. let them cool before gently removing from the baking sheet. Tie string around the center of the heart to hang as an ornament. Alternatively, you could place the string before baking and press it in the center of the heart when you press the two sides of the candy cane together.
