These energy balls are the perfect out the door breakfast, snack or satisfying dessert! My 5 year-old adores them, so I wanted to put them in his lunch but he goes to a nut-free school. We substituted sun butter and they are equally delicious!
Juice Plus+ Complete PB Cup Energy Balls
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup JuicePlus+ Dutch Chocolate Complete
1/2 Cup Nut or Seed Butter( I have made with Sun-butter for the kid’s nut-free school, and peanut butter for home)
2 Tsp raw honey
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit of water or coconut oil. Makes about 20.
