These energy balls are the perfect out the door breakfast, snack or satisfying dessert!
Juice Plus+ Complete PB Cup Energy Balls
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup JuicePlus+ Dutch Chocolate Complete
1/2 Cup Nut or Seed Butter (I have made with Sun-butter and peanut butter)
2 Tsp raw honey
1 TBS chia seeds
(Chocolate chips optional)
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit of water or coconut oil. Makes about 20.
