Gluten Free and Vegan –
Cherry Berry Skillet Crumble! A guilt-free dessert with all of the summer flavor!
Filling:
3 cups cherries and blackberries sliced
1 tbs maple syrup
Topping:
2 Cups Almond meal/flour
4 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Combine filling in a bowl and transfer to skillet. Combine topping and scatter over the top of filling. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until top is golden and filling bubbly. Serve with fresh coconut whipped cream or ice cream!
