Chickpea& Avocado Mayo

Thanks to my Mama for asking where she can buy Chickpea Mayo. I thought hmmmm, never even seen it, so I’ll make it!

  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 of an Avocado
  • Juice of half of a lemon
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid from low-sodium canned chickpeas)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan or sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon white or apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 Avocado Oil

Blend it up in your blender, and your done! Add different flavors like Chipotle, or Roasted Garlic for additional delicious spread options!

This was before I added avocado to thicken. Tasty but definitely thinner like a sauce.
