
Thanks to my Mama for asking where she can buy Chickpea Mayo. I thought hmmmm, never even seen it, so I’ll make it!
- 1 Cup Chickpeas
- 1/2 of an Avocado
- Juice of half of a lemon
- 1/4 cup aquafaba (the liquid from low-sodium canned chickpeas)
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 tablespoon white or apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 Avocado Oil
Blend it up in your blender, and your done! Add different flavors like Chipotle, or Roasted Garlic for additional delicious spread options!
