5-Minute Healthy Banana Split Breakfast Board! + Homemade Sweet & Savory Granola

This fun board comes together quickly and it’s a healthy breakfast or dessert everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients:

Bananas

Yogurt (Vegan options like coconut or almond are great!)

Granola (See my sweet and savory version below)

Whip cream (coconut whip is a delicious vegan option)

Spilt bananas and place on a board or in individual bowls. Top with yogurt, berries, granola, whip cream, and nut butter.

No-bake Sweet and Savory Granola:

Cherry, Fennel, and Herbs De Provence

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Organic puffed rice cereal

• 1 cup Organic old fashioned oats

• 1 scoop or sachet of French Vanilla Juice Plus + Complete

• 1 cup chopped Pecans

• 1/2 cup dried cherries

• 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

• 1/2 -1 tsp Herbs de Provence

• 1/2-1 tsp fennel seed

• pinch black pepper

• 1/4-1/2 cup honey

• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

Mix all ingredients together and leave as loose granola or refrigerate and shape into bars. You can substitute any number of savory herbs and spices to suit your taste. I have done some fun exotic spice blends like Chinese 5-spice, and Garam Masala. Garlic powder almost always is involved as well!
