Vegan Mango Creamsicle Ice Cream!

imageJust 3 Ingredients to this heavenly treat! This was a total hit with my 3 kids, even the one who doesn’t like coconut anything! It’s incredibly easy to make and super healthy, a win-win!




2 Mango

1 Can Coconut Milk

1/4- 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

imagePlace can in freezer for one hour, or chill in refrigerator overnight. Peel and slice mangoes. Spread in a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Combine coconut milk, mango and vanilla to taste in a food processor or blender.

imagePour into freezer safe bowl, and freeze at least 2-3 hours and serve.
